With time for discussion before and afterwards, this 90 minute Lomilomi works deeply into the receiver's energetic presence. Together we can set and work towards a specific intention - what would you like to bring into play, or to let go of, at this point in your journey? Incorporating breathwork, Pulē (prayer) and gentle limb stretches, this is deep work with the opportunity to really drop into your inner space, being safely held in the spirit of Aloha. Allow 2 hours total.
